Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Columbus, IN, with flexibility for remote work as appropriate.You’ll represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the entire real estate process from first conversation to closing,while delivering exceptional service and trusted guidance. You’ll manage listings, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and serve as a strategic advisor to your clients.This role is ideal for agents who value professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement and who want to build a real business, not just chase transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent buyers, sellers, and landlords in residential real estate transactionsManage property listings, pricing strategies, marketing, and showingsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trustNegotiate contracts and guide clients through inspections, financing, and closingPrepare and review transaction documents with accuracy and complianceStay informed on local market trends, pricing data, and industry changesCollaborate with brokerage leadership and fellow agents to elevate the client experience Qualifications A valid Indiana Real Estate Brokers License is required.Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulationsProven customer service and sales skills with a client-first mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions independentlyComfortable using MLS, CRM systems, and basic digital toolsWillingness to work both in-office and remotely as business needs requireWhy Join F.C.
