The Supervisor will act as the on-site leader overseeing construction quality, schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance ensuring high-end residential builds meet design, safety, and client expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServe as the on-site Superintendent for custom home projects, managing daily field operations and trade coordination.\nOversee quality control and craftsmanship to ensure high-end residential standards are met on every phase of construction.\nManage project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving delays or cost issues to keep work on track.\nCoordinate, supervise and evaluate subcontractors and labor crews; enforce safety protocols and site housekeeping standards.\nRead and interpret architectural and MEP plans, specifications, and change orders; ensure work complies with drawings and building codes.\nPrepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists; facilitate inspections and closeouts.\nCommunicate regularly with clients, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.\nProven success managing ground-up custom homes, luxury residences, and high-end renovations.\nStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, inspections, and quality control.\nExperience coordinating multiple trades and overseeing complex residential projects.\nAbility to manage schedules, subcontractors, and jobsite operations while maintaining safety and craftsmanship standards.\nCommercial construction experience is a plus.\n\nCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
