You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to deliver reliable, well-architected solutions and help set technical standards across the team.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, mentoring others, and influencing technical direction without being fully removed from the code.\nJob Responsibilities\nArchitect full-stack solutions across font end, database, mobile Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications and APIs Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices\nCollaborate with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nLead code reviews and help establish engineering standards\nOptimize application performance, security, and scalability Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution\nMentor junior and mid-level developers\nContribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical roadmap\nEducation/Technical Experience:\nUS Citizenship\n8+ years of professional experience with PHP development\nStrong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)\nSolid understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs\nStrong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)\nFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\nExperience with version control (Git) and interactive rebase\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of a website or interface\nCollaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers\nAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.\nExperience working with a remote team\nCoachMePlus is not able to sponsor or otherwise support employment visas at this time.
