Affiliate Influencer Manager
Role Overview
The Affiliate Influencer Manager is responsible for scaling creator-led commerce and
affiliate-driven revenue through strategic partnerships, performance optimization, and campaign
execution. This role owns influencer affiliate growth across platforms such as LTK, ShopMy,
Amazon, and traditional affiliate networks, working closely with creators, clients, and internal
teams to translate social content into measurable business impact.
This is an early-to-mid-level marketing role suited for a marketer with 1–3+ years of influencer or
affiliate marketing experience who is ready to move beyond execution into strategy,
performance ownership, and client-facing insights.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Strategy and Program Ownership
Own the strategy, growth, and performance of influencer affiliate programs across LTK,
ShopMy, Amazon, and affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Everflow, etc.).
Develop and scale creator recruitment pipelines, onboarding frameworks, and retention
strategies.
Define commission structures, incentive programs, and partner segmentation strategies
to maximize ROI.
Ensure brand alignment, content compliance, and creator quality control across all
partnerships.
Creator & Partner Relationship Management
Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners, acting
as the primary point of contact.
Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
Lead gifting programs, seeding strategies, and creator content calendars.
Serve as a client-facing partner, presenting creator strategy and performance insights.
Performance & Revenue Optimization
Track, analyze, and report affiliate and influencer KPIs including traffic, conversion rate,
AOV, ROAS, CAC, and revenue contribution.
Optimize creator mix, campaign structure, and commission tiers to drive incremental
growth.
Partner with paid media, eCommerce, and creative teams to integrate influencer
commerce into broader growth strategies.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute influencer affiliate campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
from concept through reporting.
Coordinate newsletters, creator drops, promotional calendars, and content rollouts.
Ensure tracking, creative assets, landing pages, and attribution are properly configured
and maintained.
Platform & Trend Leadership
Leverage affiliate platforms and tools (LTK, ShopMy, Impact, Awin, CJ, Everflow, Invoca,
Shopify Collabs) to scale partnerships and performance.
Stay ahead of creator economy, social commerce, and affiliate marketing trends.
Recommend new platforms, monetization models, and partnerships to leadership
