They will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which include: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. IT Developers are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications and will participate in evaluating, conducting performance testing, and all planned and unplanned maintenance for both internally developed applications and purchased products. Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives. IT Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.\nConversational AI\nExperience building conversational AI bots on Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent product.\nExperience building bot for web/native channel required. Experience building bot for IVR channel preferred.\nVery good understanding of NLU/NLP elements/engines including training/tuning of conversational AI bots.\nVery good understanding of Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent Conversational AI product/platform\nSystem/technical design\nStrong experience with system/technical designs, scalability, performance, load balancing, caching, queuing, logging, alerting, monitoring\nGood knowledge of user/application/service Authentication and Authorization concepts/mechanisms\nBasic networking, websockets concepts\nDevelopment\nCode development in ReactJS/Node.js\nDesign/development of REST APIs\nStrong experience with relational and No SQL databases and relational SQLs\nDesign/develop reporting dashboards in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI\nDevOps\nKnowledge/experience of DevOps activities including pipeline deployments\nDocker, Git and Jenkins\nOpenshift\nExperience leading a development team involving heavy integrations with multiple other dependency teams.
