A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between the business, clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to compliance regulations
Develop workflows for incoming clients and contribute to the growth of the business's client baseRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking responsibilities
1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
Completion of assigned training and learning plans, including compliance requirements
