Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students of all ages in various dance styles. This is a rewarding role that allows you to share your love for dance and contribute to the growth and development of aspiring dancers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement dance curriculum based on the needs and abilities of students - Plan and conduct dance classes for students of different age groups and skill levels - Teach proper dance techniques, including body alignment, posture, and movement coordination - Choreograph dance routines for performances, recitals, or competitions - Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills - Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students - Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate performances and events - Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education Experience: - Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role - Strong knowledge and proficiency in various dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, etc. - Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans - Experience in curriculum development is a plus - Familiarity with tutoring or teaching in early childhood education or special education settings is beneficial - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - Passion for dance and a desire to inspire others through teaching If you are a dedicated Dance Instructor who is enthusiastic about sharing your passion for dance with others, we would love to hear from you.
