The Project Manager will oversee hotel-related projects from initiation through completion, including renovations, new installations, and process improvements. Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors; and ensuring that work complies with brand standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. The role involves tracking project milestones, resolving issues, managing change requests, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, monitor risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget while minimizing disruption to hotel operations.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.Experience in expediting activities, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.Proficiency in inspection-related tasks, including Inspection skills to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and on-site workflows efficiently.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors and on-site teams.Experience in hospitality, construction, or facilities projects is preferred; familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software).
