As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: Clinical Care: Deliver nursing services that support resident health and comfort Therapeutic Environment: Maintain conditions that promote safety and emotional well being Resident Support: Provide guidance and encouragement that enhance daily living Rehabilitative Focus: Apply practices that help residents strengthen skills and independence Quality Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts that elevate care standards Interested in learning more? Work hours: 8 hour shifts (7:00a-3:30p, 3:00p-11:30p, and 11:00p-7:30a) and 12 hour shifts (7am-7p and 7p to 7a), scheduled 48 hours over 14 days to fill openings on the schedule, Additional shifts available according to staffing. Must work 3 of the major holidays per year. May change based on operational needs. Overtime and travel: As needed FREE PARKING! Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly wage of $ 50.52 (before taxes). Qualifications Necessary Special Requirements: This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
