These assessments will help strengthen the posture and resiliency of the DoD Information Network (DODIN) by supporting commanders and directors in their efforts to harden their information systems, reduce the attack surface of their cyber terrain, and enhance a more proactive defense.\nProgram Managers will coordinate and manage all activities related to CORA scheduling, preparation, execution, and reporting. This role helps ensure Air Force compliance and effectiveness in cyber defense strategies.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities From PWS/SOW\nSchedule annual CORAs for nominated bases, both scheduled and no-notice, in alignment with Air Force strategic priorities.\nTrack and maintain records of previous assessments and scores, as well as current cybersecurity vulnerabilities and scores.\nStay informed on 688 CW/CC, AFCYBER/CC, and larger Air Force strategic priorities to inform base selection for CORAs.\nCollaborate with wing missions to mitigate major mission disruptions during CORA scheduling.\nTrack re-assessments for bases that fail CORAs and scheduling re-assessments accordingly.\nAssist bases in CORA preparation upon scheduling by DODIN or Air Force.\nEstablish regular teleconferences with base comm squadron leadership to identify issues and inform commanders on risk.\nAdvocate with wing organizations for access to enterprise assets and capabilities to prepare for CORA.\nAssist bases with access to templates for Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), timelines, and memos necessary for CORA success.\nSupport the CORA team with logistics for travel and lodging.\nTrack completion of members' day-to-day activities related to CORA preparation, execution, and reporting.\nSet assessment schedules for each assessment.\nDetermine, in conjunction with supervisor, the technology areas to focus personal training on and when to enter into the program for required training.\nEnsure all team member certification requirements are up to date, including a minimum of 4 assessments per technology area each fiscal year.\nContractor shall utilize appropriate tools and methodologies based on JFHQ-DODIN standard processes and procedures.\nSupport daily assessment meetings to track progress and provide summaries to base leadership and 688 CW leadership.\nParticipate in regular teleconferences with base comm squadron leadership to identify issues and inform commanders on risk.\nProvide written feedback on process update recommendations.\nComplete additional supervisory and administrative tasks as required.\nComplete other duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation & Experience\nRequires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) +5 years of experience, or 10+ years of related experience\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills\nMust have excellent critical thinking skills\nCertifications\nDesired:\no Program Management Professional (PMP)\no ITIL v4 Foundation\nSecurity Clearance\nRequired:\no Must have active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility\nDesired:\no Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility\nComputer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
