The Logistics Coordinator will confirm all services requested are properly carried out with respect to time parameters, technical procedures, customer service and pricing. This position requires highly organized coordination, rapid response follow-up, superior problem solving skills and creativity to satisfy both customer needs and MSS business requirements in a high-volume work environment.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nPrioritizing orders and selecting approved service providers to fulfill each order.\nCommunicating specific order requirements with provider and scheduling service.\nAnalyzing cost of services and assigning appropriate pricing as required.\nDocumenting and entering order information and completing all required paperwork.\nConfirming appointments and services while responding to any issues.\nAdjusting daily orders and providing work schedules as needed in a timely manner.\nEstablishing and maintaining positive relationships with primary service specialist.\nResearching and engaging new service providers as needed using a variety of resources.\nConducting and recording customer feedback surveys.\nUpdating and maintaining the service provider database as changes occur.\nRemote Work:\nThis position offers flexibility to work fully remotely\nRequirement:\nAt least one year experience in work scheduling, dispatching or high-volume customer service is desired.\nLogistics coordination is highly valued.\nMust be able to work core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm EST.\nBasic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required.\nAbility to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications.\nStrong organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to effectively work from home. In-office and hybrid is available if preferred.\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree desired.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nComputer proficiency in MS Office is required.
