This position assists with daily project activities, maintains accurate records, and develops practical construction knowledge under guidance. Prior construction experience is not required.\n\n*Primary Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with daily electrical construction and project coordination activities at assigned project locations.\n* Follow assigned priorities and instructions and communicate work status, questions, and construction observations promptly.\n* Assist in reviewing drawings, work packages, bills of materials, installation requirements, and site information under supervision.\n* Observe and record construction progress, manpower, material status, site conditions, and open items for project-team review.\n* Prepare basic daily and weekly reports, progress photos, attendance or manpower records, material logs, issue lists, and other assigned field documentation.\n* Assist with on-site material receiving, counting, labeling, staging, distribution, and inventory tracking.\n* Support field coordination by following up on simple action items with crews, subcontractors, warehouse personnel, safety personnel, QA/QC, and other trades as directed.\n* Help maintain current drawings, forms, checklists, inspection records, testing records, punch lists, and turnover documents.\n* Communicate observed drawing conflicts, material shortages, access issues, safety concerns, quality concerns, and schedule risks. Do not independently authorize changes to scope, design, schedule, or cost.\n* Assist with project walks, inspections, testing, corrective-action follow-up, punch-list completion, and turnover activities.\n* Maintain organized and accurate field files and enter basic project information into the ERP or project management system as assigned.\n* Participate in training and progressively develop knowledge of electrical construction, drawings, safety, quality, materials, and site procedures.\n* Perform other duties as assigned in support of project execution.\n\n*Education and Experience*\n\n* An associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.\n* This is an entry-level position. Prior electrical, semiconductor, or construction experience is not required. Internship, technical training, or hands-on experience is a plus.\n\n*Work Requirements*\n\n* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\n* Must be able to work at assigned project locations, perform regular construction-area walks, and comply with all applicable access and safety requirements.\n* Must be willing to work overtime and weekends and travel as required by project needs.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Familiarity with TSMC project execution processes is preferred.\n* Basic ability to read drawings or technical documents is preferred.
