Medical Program Manager - Full TimeJoin a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & Authenticity!This position will work with the Chief Medical Officer to develop strategies for the growth and management of medical programs at SouthLight.As our Medical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them, along with facilitating communication across programs and with community partners in order to enhance services being provided.ScheduleFT - flexible, 40 hours per week. We have options for a standard plan, as well as an HSA with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also an approved employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).Job Responsibilities Of a Medical Program ManagerAssist the CMO in developing, growing and managing medical programsDevelop and implement strategies that will maximize program successWork with CMO to develop objective program measurements and performance standards across all programs to ensure consistent, high quality evaluation and goal settingCollaborate with internal and external partners with the goal of ensuring resources and access to servicesWork collaboratively with a high-performance medical teamAssist CMO by maintaining a calendar, planning meetings, composing reports, manage documents and communication, etcQualifications Of a Medical Program ManagerEducation/ExperienceMinimum of a BA, MA preferredMinimum 5 years of experience working with and supporting programs2-3 years leading and managing a teamKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDemonstrated success developing and evaluating program models, and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programsProficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systemsStrong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growthExperience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive groupDemonstrated results in managing through complex systems and proven experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detailsPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for SouthLight's mission and valuesAbout SouthLight HealthcareTap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
