2nd and 3rd Shift Cleaning Specialists

We are looking to add independently motivated people to our amazing team! We have a variety of positions open at the moment, working 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or a blend of both. Jobs are often very flexible on start time, so they fit well with individuals who have variable schedules and are therefore looking for a job that can worked in around their schedule. We offer fair-priced, reliable and detailed services in an array of settings, including but not limited to: Commercial/Office spaces, Post-Construction Homes/Buildings, Foreclosures/Vacancies and Move-in/Move-out spaces. We also offer production facility, warehouse, restaurant, fitness center and medical office cleaning.JOB DUTIESPerform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the building's task and frequency schedule. Tasks will include a mix of the following:Sweep or vacuum and mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, floors and walls.Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders and feedback.Work effectively with other team members.Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.*Operate and properly maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.*Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.*Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.*Deep clean appliances such as fridges, stoves, etc. *Communicate effectively with management and respond promptly to client and/or facility needs.Follow instruction and perform tasks efficiently without direct supervisionJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.Must be able to pass a criminal background check.Must care about quality and take criticism in a constructive manner, correcting concerns immediately.Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.Must be reliable.Able to lift up to 50 lbsPhysically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and all other movement associated with cleaning responsibilities.Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
