The role centers on designing self-service infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and supporting scalable Kubernetes-based platforms using modern DevOps practices and cloud technologies. Candidates will work closely with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, automation, observability, and developer experience while contributing to high-impact technology initiatives within the financial services industry.\nThe position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technology-related field along with at least 5 years of hands-on Kubernetes and DevOps experience. Strong expertise is needed in Kubernetes architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, observability tooling, and service mesh technologies. The role also values 3+ years of Java and Spring Boot microservices development experience, including containerized deployments on Kubernetes. Additional experience with Apache Kafka, event streaming, and stream-processing technologies is considered a strong plus.
