BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Generate leads by leveraging industry relationships, events, and research. Construct client specific business plans to determine price, sourcing, and servicestrategy. Implement client-specific marketing tools to obtain client meetings and closesales. Generated revenue by selling a wide range of products such as fixtures,architectural millwork, furniture, visual prints, general contracting materials, anddecorative visual merchandising props. Also generated revenue from a widerange of services such as project management, design, architecture, logistics,installation, and general contracting. Set customer expectations regarding budget, timelines, quality, and service. Contract Negotiation Enhancing the client experience by identifying and addressing client "painpoints" through the development of new services and product offerings. Extend client revenue tenure through the promotion and implementation ofdesign services, value-engineering, detailed web-based reporting, warehousing,logistics, and installations services. Direct the client support team and establish best-practice client services to meetor exceed client expectations regarding scheduling and budgeting whilemaximizing company profits. Manage client expectations regarding project timeline, production, and budget. Supervise client communications regarding all facets of the project. Maintain pertinent client files and information, electronically and in hard copy. Directed project and plan reviews, including architectural plan takeoffs, materialspecifications, and drawing analysis. Monitor product and project quality control via international projectmanagement, supply chain, internal resources, and personal inspection. Assist in the management logistics and distribution requirements and activities. Assist in the management aspects of installation schedules, such as site surveys,timelines, negotiation of change orders, and warranty requests andconfirmations. Ensure that all quality and safety standards were upheld to minimize corporaterisk exposure. Administer client reporting requirements, including inventory and stock orders,trending, tracking, and shipping information, punch lists, warranties,maintenance, shipping photo documentation, and fixture books. Source and onboard suppliers and services to meet the client demands. Estimating prep work, component take off, bid sheet, material and critical dimspresented.Skill Set Required Microsoft tools excel, ppt and word.
