Control Wirers will read blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure the electrical equipment is wired neatly and accurately.\nSome other examples of electrical assembler responsibilities include:\nJob Functions\nInstall electrical components per assembly drawings.\nWire electrical control panels per assembly drawings.\nVerify components with bills of material to ensure accuracy.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of processes.\nBasic Requirements\nComplete assigned tasks accurately.\nBe flexible with working hours to allow for occasional overtime.\nProblem solve independently and with coworkers.\nPossess a strong safety ethic.\nAttention to detail.\nComfortable with the use of hand tools.\nAdditional Job Highlight\nProduction works 4-10's\nStarting 2-week PTO accrual + sick days\nProfit sharing bonuses for all\nNon-mandated overtime\nSPS is willing to train\nClean, well-lit work environment\nAdvancement opportunities\nTeam environment\nSwitchgear Power Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
