We're looking for a Sr. Fullstack Engineer who will work in React to build out our web app. As one of our senior engineers, you'd play a key role in building out our engineering function and scaling our product to billions of page views per day. You'd work closely with our CTO and our other co-founders with tons of autonomy and room for growth.Tldr\r\nWe’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead and own large parts of the product, from ideation to implementation\r\nBalanced frontend (React) and backend (Python)\r\nSF and NY offices are hybrid, 3 days in office!About You\r\nYou are proficient in Javascript to power our frontend React app. Familiarity with Firebase is a plus\r\nAre strong with Python to power our backend. Familiarity with Flask is a plus\r\nPossess a customer-centric mindset and have strong empathy for creators\r\nHave familiarity with SQL and Postgres\r\nEnjoy and have experience working at small, fast-paced startups\r\nThrive in ambiguity and enjoy scoping solutions with your teammates\r\nHave some experience with design software like Figma\r\nPlay for the front of the jersey, love to learn and bias toward action!What You’d Be Working On\r\nBuilding products that get millions of page views a day and scaling it to billions per day Leading frontend development with delightful UIUX\r\nCreating systems and seeing how all the moving pieces interactWhat We Can Offer\r\nCompetitive salary and equity grant. We have a standard four year vesting schedule with one year cliff\r\nWe give 4 weeks off total and we want you to use them! This is on top of federal holidays\r\nPlatinum level medical, vision, and dental insurance with 99% employer-paid premiums for employees and coverage for eligible dependents\r\n401(k) retirement savings and investing plan\r\nGym and professional development stipends\r\nComputer, monitor, and home office setup reimbursement.
