(CIP), continuous improvement recommendations and assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when necessary.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent education\n3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing role\nBasic analytical and mathematical skills\nProficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nCan perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nFrequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.\nAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours\nCapable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions\nProficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nTechnical Degree or Certification\n4 years of experience in manufacturing\nFood or beverage manufacturing experience\nExperience with Weever software\nMaintenance knowledge or capabilities\nForklift experience\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\n\nEnsure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement\nResponsible for the efficient production of quality products\nOperate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machinery\nTrain and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team\nConduct temperature checks, complete Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) checks daily\nMaintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks\nAny ad hoc requests\nTotal Rewards\n\nStarting Pay: Based on experience starting at $25.40/hour\nShift Premium: 3rd Shift: $1.50/Hour\nAnnual Bonus and
