This role serves as a key link between internal teams and customers to keep construction material projects on track while supporting production schedules, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\nIdentify and track precast concrete job opportunities in both public and private sectors\nReview architectural, structural, and civil utility construction plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive quotes\nCreate detailed take-offs and submittal drawings with a high degree of accuracy for timely submission to customers for review and approval\nCollaborate with customers to ensure quotes support reliable job estimates for bidding purposes\nCoordinate special-order items required for projects and ensure timely procurement\nProvide ongoing project support, including addressing technical questions, managing design changes, and processing change orders as needed\nManage scheduled production for various projects to ensure timelines are met and projected delivery dates are achieved\nProvide daily and weekly production schedules and revisions as needed\nField questions from production teams and coordinate resolutions with customers\nProvide clear communication to the Scheduler regarding project timelines and priority lists\nAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
