The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:\nWriting java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies\nUtilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3\nBuilding REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects\nImplement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps\nAgile development and delivery of software\nCommunication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\n9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.\nAn active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.\n\nDesired Skills (2 of the below):\nJava, Spring boot or python\nJSON Schema\nMicroservice architectures\nCI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible\nDatabase: NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design\nOAuth/OIDC Implementation experience\nTest frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber\n\nDue to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).\n\nSalary: $200,000 – $210,000 (Annually)\nAnnual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.\n\nBenefits Package:\nUnisity, LLC believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement.
