We also offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive work culture.A DAY IN THE LIFEAs an Assistant Program Manager, you play a pivotal role in therapeutic programming, reporting directly to the Programs Manager. Your commitment revolves around advocating for both clients and staff, ensuring the delivery of top-notch care aligned with the CARE/TCI practice model. Essential functions include providing shift planning, coaching, and decision-making support for on-duty staff, emphasizing CARE principles.You actively contribute to the selection, supervision, and performance evaluations of Youth Care Workers, working collaboratively with Program Managers to address performance issues. Meticulous documentation is part of your responsibility, and you assist in overseeing client documentation paperwork. Your role extends to role modeling and coaching a strong work ethic focused on delivering quality care for children.Building trust and strong relationships, you facilitate communication among various residential team members, identify staff development needs, recommend ongoing training, and actively participate in treatment planning for residents. Your dedication ensures a supportive and effective environment, contributing to the overall success of therapeutic initiatives!Qualifications21+ years of age
A valid driver's license
Proof of automobile insurancePreferredBachelor's degree in the human service field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
