ILP services are currently delivered to youth ages 14-21 by Side by Side and partnered with Alameda County Social Services.\nThere is an option for this position to become hybrid based on an on-going demonstration of autonomy and continuously meeting program expectations.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Independent Living Program Coordinator is responsible for the initial screening and management of referrals for all of ILP. ILP coordinator will coordinate facilitators/trainers/special guests for workshops as well as track and distribute incentives and program related stipends.
