Job DescriptionResponsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:Full Time - Must be able to work weekday mornings.Provide assistance to banquet managers in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.Set up banquet room as requested by the supervisor to include glassware, serviceware, linenGreet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a courteous and friendly mannerServe beverage and food in the appropriate order and in tune with the expectation of the supervisorMust be able to carry trays and be on feet for extended periods of timeQuickly remove dishes as guests finish each meal at the end of each meal or functionReplenish beverages when necessary, and check with guests to make sure they are satisfiedAfter the banquet, reset banquet room in accordance with the supervisor’s specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for other functionsMust be a team player with a positive attitudeCompany DescriptionFern Hill's property consists of a 18 hole golf course, 6 banquet rooms and a restaurant.Company DescriptionFern Hill's property consists of a 18 hole golf course, 6 banquet rooms and a restaurant.
