Company has recently expanded operations to include a facility in Houston, Texas, USA.About the RoleThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for working with the local and remote teams to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, process optimization, vendor/materials coordination, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electronic manufacturing and power system products, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end manufacturing operations.Manage production planning and quality assurance.Optimize processes and coordinate vendor/materials.Drive operational excellence. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related Engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience.8 – 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality & Operations. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection processes & product development lifecycle.Experience working with design engineering teams, EMS providers, vendors, and manufacturing partners.Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and/or IPC-A-610 inspection standards.A strong grasp of administrative operations, including facility, infrastructure, regulatory and quality aspects of the organization.Experience in the power systems or protection relay industry preferred.Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems required.Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory/production management tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
