Radiology - Echo / Cardiac Sonographer

Registered Cardiac SonographerThis position is a 13-week contract. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with options for 4x10's or 5x8's. Additional on-call hours for nights and weekends will rotate with the staff.The Registered Cardiac Sonographer will perform echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and stress echocardiograms in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality imaging and patient care, contributing to diagnostic assessments.ResponsibilitiesConduct a variety of echocardiogram procedures including adult and pediatric echocardiography.Ensure accurate and efficient patient imaging.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient management.Maintain proper documentation and adhere to protocols for monitoring and reporting.Participate in on-call requirements as needed.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent BLS certification (AHA).Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification through ARDMS required.Adult Echocardiography (AE) certification preferred.Minimum of 1 year of scanning experience within the last 2 years.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
