The candidate will gather sufficient details from the business to understand the goals they are trying to meet, analyze current process and system requirements, and document user stories for the software development team.Candidates MUST be able to commute to the DC office. During the first 90 days we ask new employees to work out of the DC office full-time as they get acclimated with the company. After 90 days, we currently operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.Responsibilities:\r\nClearly document Agile user stories, business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.\r\nWork closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Dealing, Compliance, Marketing and IT teams to determine and align business objectives and success factors.\r\nIdentify inefficiencies, recommend optimizations, and drive digital transformation.\r\nAssist management in prioritizing projects based on overall impact in revenue generation, cost savings, or client experience.\r\nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\r\nManage business, IT and executive stakeholder requirements to help evolve a global technology platform for the Monex group.\r\nSupport IT projects, conduct UAT, and ensure compliance with regulations.\r\nAssist in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within budget.\r\nMaintain development priorities with development vendors.\r\nCharacteristics:Sees the bigger picture\r\nMature and professional\r\nAn excellent communicator\r\nWorks well in a team environment\r\nExtremely detail oriented\r\nUnderstanding of the importance of confidentiality\r\nAbility to multi-task\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nProfessional demeanor and attitude\r\nAbility to work independently\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nExperience developing Agile user stories for highly complex internal and external corporate applications and workflows.\r\n5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or similar IT support roles.\r\nSolid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize, collaborate and communicate across functional and technical lines.\r\nProven ability to elicit business requirements directly from Sales and other business areas.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.\r\nAbility to commute to the DC office (full time during the first 90 days, and3 days per week thereafter).\r\nPreferred Qualifications:Experience in core banking, paymentsor foreign exchange\r\nProduct management experience\r\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and Jira\r\nScrum master experience\r\nKey Interfaces:All Monex USA staff\r\nGlobal Monex staff in Europe and Mexico\r\nDepartment Vendors\r\nClients\r\nCompensation:The annual salary range is$115,000 to $140,000based on experience with a 10% annual bonus.\r\nBenefits:Medical insurance\r\nDental insurance\r\nVision insurance\r\nLong Term Disability\r\nShort Term Disability\r\nAD&D insurance\r\nCommuter Benefits\r\n401K & Roth\r\n16 days of PTO\r\nPet InsuranceMonexUSA Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
