This position offers the opportunity to work independently, develop advanced machining skills, and contribute to producing high-quality precision components.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n$24 - $30 per hour\n\n$500 Sign-on Bonus!\n\nWeekly Pay\n\n8-hour First Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. start)\n\nOvertime available, including double-time after 48 hours\n\nOpportunity for wage increases and career advancement as skills develop\n\nVacation and Personal/Sick paid time off\n\nPaid holidays (including your birthday!)\n\nHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance\n\n401(k) with company match\n\nIncentive bonus pay based on personal and company performance\n\nAnnual reimbursement for personal protective equipment\n\nQualifications:\n\n2-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred\n\nAbility to read and understand manufacturing instructions and mechanical drawings\n\nBasic math skills\n\nAbility to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently\n\nStrong attention to quality, safety, and production standards\n\nAbility to perform physical job duties in a manufacturing environment\n\nResponsibilities and Scope:\n\nSafely and independently operate at least two types of production equipment or manufacturing cells\n\nPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting\n\nMonitor production processes and report quality or equipment concerns\n\nTrack machine time and production activity using a kiosk clocking system\n\nObtain required quality inspections and sign-offs throughout the manufacturing process\n\nAssist with training and onboarding new machine operators as needed\n\nPerform production support functions including material cutting, facing, straightening, drilling, polishing, blasting, and inventory handling\n\nCoordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\n\nGrover Precision is a precision manufacturing company serving customers in the medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
