You will focus on optimizing conversions, increasing user satisfaction, and maintaining visual and brand consistency across customer-facing digital experiences. Working collaboratively with IT and other Teams, you will create a cohesive roadmap for enhancements and translate user, business, and technical insights into applicable UX/UI recommendations. You will report to the Director – Experience Performance & Enablement and use a hybrid work schedule.\n\nYou Will:\nDesign/Prototyping\nDevelop storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes for design ideas\nDesign website landing pages and product pages and user flows\nReview and redesign all digital member touchpoints to increase engagement.\nMaintain and evolve the design system and component specifications, partnering with Web Engineering to support implementation\nCreate and refine multiple design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to support testing, partner agreement and UX/UI decisions.\nTranslate UX/UI recommendations into design of page templates, reusable components, publishing standards, and quality-tested digital experiences.\nUser Research/Collaboration\nWork with other teams to conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback for optimization\nCollaborate with partners to define project goals, requirements, and scope\nEnsure platforms meet customer needs and expectations\nConversion Rate Optimization/Testing\nUse qualitative and quantitative data for a CRO strategy and testing plan\nCreate hypotheses and implement A/B or multivariate tests and partner with IT to implement and iterate\nProduce reports grounded in test results, focusing on important metrics\nYou Have:\nA Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: user experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, visual communication, digital design, computer science, or information systems.
