If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nSUMMARY\n\nThe Process Engineer I shall monitor, administer, and manage Incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment for the West Region.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:\nAnalyze and interpret comprehensive customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure.\nAssess how the customer's detailed engineering specifications align with the Co-Pilot program guidelines.\nPerform daily Co-Pilot analysis for all new ISP projects nationwide.\nAssign Co-Pilot turnbacks and identify the project's risk level rating according to the Co-Pilot program guidelines.\nCompetent using Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and identifying process improvements.\nReports the Co-Pilot program analysis bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency.\nAbility to offer direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams.\nMaintains a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry.\nMonitor current and emerging equipment types to identify risks relevant to incident prevention.\nCarries out additional tasks as requested by the Manager\n\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
