The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\nCustomer Engagement\nLead customer service efforts, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project.\nHandle and resolve any warranty claims promptly.\nGuide customers through the construction process.\nProject Management and Execution:\nConvert leads into projects through precise estimates and scoping, ensuring alignment with program specifications.\nSecure project commitments with initial deposits and signed contracts from customers.\nDefine and document the comprehensive scope of work for each project.\nCreate detailed estimates, supplements, and change orders; negotiate and gain agreement on scope and cost with customers and clients.\nEnsure acquisition of all necessary permits and compliance with local codes.\nDevelop and oversee the project schedule and timeline, monitoring and enforcing budgetary adherence.\nIdentify, vet, and negotiate terms with subcontractors and resource providers, setting clear expectations.\nManage superintendents and oversee the compilation of estimates and scope of work, coordinating workflow and conducting on-site walk-throughs for project introductions.\nEnsure all work meets the plans, specifications, and requirements of the scope of work.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nUnderstand and perform the duties of a Construction Project Coordinator and Construction Superintendent.\nMeet personal and team KPIs to contribute to departmental objectives.\nTake initiative and proactively fulfill responsibilities.\nComplete additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.\nPosition Qualifications and Skills\nValid driver’s license\nHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus\nProven experience in construction project management.\nA strong history of excellent customer service.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience in restoration or construction is a plus.\n\nPhysical Demands/Competencies\nAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance\nAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)\nAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects\nAbility to work with/around cleaning agents\nPhysical and Work Environment Requirements\nWalking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud.\n\nNormal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements\nThis is a full-time position, generally working Monday–Friday, and requires 45-50 hours per week. However, this position occasionally requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work.
