We're looking for a supportive, creative, and resourceful Outreach Administrative Specialist who will play a key role in connecting families to vital community resources.In this role, you'll be responsible for initial client engagement, verifying eligibility and insurance, managing documentation, and supporting outreach, billing, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and passionate about helping underserved communities thrive.What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for potential clients-responding to inquiries, explaining services, and assessing eligibility.Verify client insurance coverage and eligibility prior to care management assignment.Accurately collect and enter client data and documentation into designated systems (EHR/MCP).Track and report on outreach, engagement, and onboarding activities per ECM standards.Coordinate with billing and finance teams to monitor claims, reimbursements, and denials.Communicate with managed care plans and providers on referrals and case status updates.Maintain timely, compliant documentation and reporting in all systems.Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and external partner sessions.Support program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.Ensure all processes align with ECM policies, procedures, and performance goals.Hours: Full-time on-site (40 hours), Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmStarting Salary: $19.00 - $21.00QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across clients, providers, and teams.Experience in a related role (e.g., Community Health Worker, Medical Assistant, Peer Support Specialist); ECM experience a plus.Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working independently in and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated cultural competence and experience serving diverse populations.Proficient in digital tools and quick to learn new systems in a fast-paced setting.BA/BS degree preferred with minimum 2 years of experience in similar job functions.
