You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nWork with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements.\nDocument and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases.\nPerforms operational administrative tasks, as needed.\nAssists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed.\nConfigure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.\nDesign/ Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules.\nDevelop Workflow / Flow Design where required to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle.\nDesign, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal).\nDesign, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.\nBest Practices and Governance:\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, agency security guidelines, governance policies and maintain as close to an out of the box environment as possible.\nPerform code reviews and mentor junior developers.\nContinuous Improvement:\nStay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification highly desired\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the modules listed above.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPossess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.\nExperience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.\nDemonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow.\n---------------------------------------------\nCONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION\nResponsibilities:\n1.
