We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior project manager to oversee and direct all phases of a construction project. Designs and implements project plans. Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.\nEssential Functions\nCoordinate with estimator and participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility.
