This includes directing Associates, scheduling material flow in and out of department, ensuring adequate preventive maintenance is preformed and enforcing company policies. The Manager is responsible for developing the team by evaluating gaps, coaching and training and providing solutions.The Successful Candidate must have the following experience:5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, folded carton preferred.5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with LEAN Manufacturing principles.Compensation:This position offers a competitive base salary range of $95,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capability.
