Site Development Manager

The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for site development activities related but not limited to: Site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, construction quality standards, site compliance and external affairs. Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities. Ensures consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions. Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development, preferably recent and able to manage many projects, action items, liaison with RF, site acq, Construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed Must be advanced in excel, vlookup, pivots, etc. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
