This role is pivotal in driving enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity assessment through to production deployment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program leadership, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of AI-driven automation solutions.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAutomation Strategy & Portfolio Management\n\nDefine the automation roadmap and delivery pipeline aligned with business goals.\n\nEstablish governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks.\n\nStakeholder & Program Leadership\n\nManage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk escalation.\n\nAlign business sponsors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure project success.\n\nDelivery Governance\n\nOversee the delivery of Agentic AI and UiPath automation projects.\n\nTrack program risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery.\n\nEnsure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.\n\nFacilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support.\n\nTechnical Leadership\n\nManage multiple AI and automation programs concurrently.\n\nCoordinate efforts across Business, IT, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams.\n\nResolve technical blockers and ensure successful releases.\n\nSolution Discovery & Assessment\n\nCollaborate with Process Analysts and Offshore Architects on solution design and feasibility.\n\nEvaluate process suitability for UiPath RPA, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, Human-in-the-Loop, and AI-powered automation solutions.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Technology Delivery.\n\n5+ years managing enterprise-scale automation programs.\n\nProven experience delivering UiPath-based automation initiatives.\n\nExperience leading global onshore/offshore teams.\n\nProficiency in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.\n\nStrong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.\n\nUiPath certification is required.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nExperience with Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/IXP).\n\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n\nThe successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing complex automation projects, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
