These four entities are:\nForestry & Utility Division\nEnvironmental Division\nTechnology & Innovation Division\nSustainability Division\nJOB SUMMARY: The Environmental Compliance Inspector is responsible for providing environmental inspection and monitoring during the construction of utility-scale electrical transmission projects in Idaho and Oregon. The principal duties include inspection, monitoring, and reporting of construction activities with the goal of ensuring protection of sensitive environmental resources.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor and ensure compliance with National Pollutant Discharge System Permits\nDocument and report impacts to sensitive resources\nTrack progress of construction activities and implementation of approved mitigation measures\nInspect construction vehicles and equipment for cleanliness\nEnsure best management practices are implemented\nWork collaboratively with construction and regulatory personnel to develop solutions and implement permit conditions\nPhoto document ecological site conditions\nPrepare daily reports\nMaintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings\nSupport, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership\nComply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures\nOTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
