In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AV systems are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on AV professional with strong technical acumen and a passion for delivering world‑class AV experiences.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nCollaborate with project teams to review and understand AV designs and specifications\n\nPerform on-site testing and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring full functionality\n\nConfigure, program, and integrate AV components including displays, projectors, audio processors, and control systems\n\nCalibrate AV systems for optimal audio and video performance (levels, resolutions, color accuracy)\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and handover\n\nValidate signal flow and connectivity across all AV components\n\nImplement and test AV control systems (touch panels, automation, user interfaces)\n\nDocument configuration settings, commissioning results, and system adjustments\n\nProvide training and operational support to end-users and clients\n\nPartner with designers and programmers to optimize system performance and user experience\n\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\n\nPrevious experience in AV commissioning or a similar technical AV role\n\nStrong understanding of AV hardware and protocols (HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67)\n\nProficient in AV calibration techniques and the use of testing tools (e.g., signal generators, analyzers)\n\nFamiliarity with AV control and DSP platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or QSC\n\nExceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nDetail‑oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to high‑quality delivery\n\nAble to work both independently and in a team setting\n\nFlexibility to travel to client/project sites as needed\n\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n\nIndustry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)\n\nExperience in enterprise environments or large‑scale AV deployments\n\nProficiency in control system programming or GUI customization\n\nFamiliarity with remote monitoring tools or AV over IP technologies\n\nExperience training end‑users and conducting technical walkthroughs\n\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
