Documentation, training and guiding plant engineering and manufacturing team members.\nCollaborates with location manufacturing management to deliver yield and process improvements at their location.\nInstall, maintain, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment to improve efficiency and utilization of resources.\nUtilizes Structured Problem Solving (SPS) and Process Control System (PCS) methodologies to resolve complex issues and reduce future variation\nActively develops expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process methodologies through hands-on training, practical application in projects, and guidance from project leaders or senior-level colleagues.\nSoftware knowledge: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab are required. Access, AutoCAD, AutoDesk Inventor and MasterCAM are a plus\nMust maintain high safety requirements including meeting local consensus safety standards.\nPerforms detail-oriented analysis utilizing very high math skills and very effective communication skills.\nMust be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline\n\nExperience:\n\n2-5 Years\nCeramics, Materials Science, or Mechanical engineering background preferred\n\nFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\n\nAnalytical/Critical Thinking - Identifies and analyzes issues, gathers relevant data, collaborates with experts, and explores alternative solutions while considering different perspectives.\nBuilding Relationships - Creates an inclusive environment that values individual uniqueness, fosters innovation, builds trust through authenticity and empathy, and treats others with integrity.\nBusiness Acumen - Completes daily goals with limited guidance, summarizes process flow, and demonstrates basic knowledge of the company's history, business, and product lines.\nCommunication - Communicates using empathy, influence, and an adaptive approach to accurately and persuasively create dialogue.\nData Analysis - Demonstrates a foundational understanding of data analysis by cleaning, categorizing, identifying trends, and communicating basic insights to support decision-making.\nProject Management - Supports project execution by following plans, managing tasks, tracking progress, ensuring quality deliverables, securing resources, and proactively communicating risks and challenges.\nSix Sigma experience preferred.\nKnowledge of GD&T preferred.\nAdhere to quality management system (QMS).\n\nTarget Hiring Range\n\n: USD 0.00 - USD 0.00\n\nActual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
