We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. About this role: The General Manager of Hospitality at Atria Institute is a key leadership role driving excellence across all aspects of daily operations. You will lead a talented hospitality team to deliver outstanding member experiences from the moment they arrive to their departure, overseeing menu programming, purchasing, receiving, hiring, training, and overall facility operations. You'll also ensure the flawless execution of special moments that make Atria truly exceptional. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Management and execution of curated hospitality moments for Atria membersLeadership, training, hiring, scheduling and oversight of hospitality operationsSupport regular performance reviews with team membersLead daily line-ups and participate in interdisciplinary meetingsMaintain and train team with the highest standards of food, service, health and safetySupport Events with staffing and execution for all event activationsCurate thoughtful food and beverage offerings for members and gift amenities for ongoing member engagementsEstimate food and amenity needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies within the hospitality budgetMaintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistency, productivity and qualityManaging hospitality teams time off requests, hourly payroll and overtime within budgetDaily management of hospitality service flow for Atria's members & reorganization of room assignments as neededLearn and understand the fundamentals of all clinical testing available at AtriaDirect and alert hospitality services team on each members' appointment details and testing and how this impacts the service of food & beverage service, ie: fasting, full bladder, etc.Immediate responsibilities will include managing the team to execute daily hospitality operations, liaising with member updating member manuals & training guides, maintaining & creating necessary spreadsheets for inventory and ordering, curating amenities, hiring, and training staff, and assisting the Director of Hospitality with all aspects of running a world-class healthcare institution Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional people leader with a proven track record of building, inspiring, and managing high-performing teams; genuinely passionate about developing others and fostering a positive culturePrevious experience in customer service or luxury hospitality, preferably within a healthcare or high-end service environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each memberGracious, hands-on leader who leads by example and cultivates excellence across the teamWarm and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for Atria's membersAble to operate with speed, composure, and grace in high-pressure situationsDeep curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about cutting-edge healthcare and Atria's offeringsRequirements REQUIREMENTS On-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA 5 days/week5+ years of customer service experience in a clinical or hospitality operations management experiencePassion for accuracy, investing in customer relationships, and protecting confidential informationAdaptability and flexibility within working in a fast-moving and dynamic environmentLeadership experience in hospitality, including recruiting and retaining staffDeep knowledge of hospitality for top tier food and beverage operationsBenefits At Atria, we are proud to offer every member of the Atria team: Excellent health and wellness benefits, fully covered by Atria, effective date of hireOneMedical membership for employees & dependents, giving access to 24/7 virtual careFertility & family planningCompany-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitals (calcium score)Fitness Perks, including Wellhub +401k contributions and 4% match starting after 6 monthsFlexible Time OffContinuing medical education (CME) and CEU support for professional licensure
