We are seeking someone with strong technical accounting skills who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.What it Means to Work forEisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe thatgreat workisaccomplishedwhen cultures, ideas and experiences come together to createnew solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Willbe Responsible For:Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationshipsAssistin the preparation and review of financial statements, including but not limited to, Balance Sheet, Statement of Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to Financial StatementsPrepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals, etc.Prepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&LPrepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, managementfeesand capital allocationsCalculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor noticesReconcile cash balances daily for multiple accountsCalculate quarter end final and estimated NAVsSupport the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditorsTrain and mentor junior staffBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accountingor equivalent field3+ years of experience inFundAccounting and/orAssurance serving Financial Services clients (hedge funds, private equity, or other alternative asset managers strongly preferred)Preferred/Desired Qualifications:Prior experience at a public accounting firmCPA or parts passed towards completionMaster's degree in Accountingor equivalent fieldExperience using Yardi and/or MRIEisnerAmperis proud to be a merit-based employer.
