This role blends project leadership with technical design and integration work, ensuring new capabilities are engineered, evaluated, and deployed with minimal operational disruption.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead the integration of new intelligence, C4ISR, and enterprise IT capabilities into existing architectures.\r\nAssess system feasibility, performance, and interoperability across distributed environments.\r\nTranslate operational needs into technical requirements, interface definitions, and integration criteria.\r\nSupport system testing, prototype demonstrations, operational evaluations, and migration activities.\r\nProvide technical recommendations and solution approaches to senior leadership.\r\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk profiles for integration efforts.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional engineering teams and mission partners to align technical objectives.\r\nTrack technical progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution of integration issues.\r\nProduce technical documentation, including white papers, engineering studies, test plans, and decision briefs.\r\nLead and participate in scrums, technical exchange meetings, IPTs, and engineering reviews.\r\nAnalyze mission and user requirements and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.\r\nEvaluate new initiatives for technical feasibility, cost, risk, and operational impact.\r\nEnsure integration efforts minimize disruption to ongoing operations.\r\nAdvise senior leadership on integration priorities, risks, and modernization strategies.\r\nCollaborate with system owners, engineers, operators, and external agencies to refine requirements and communicate technical guidance.\r\nRequirements Bachelor of Arts or Science in IT management, a related technical field, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.\r\nMinimum 10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years of DCGS or ISR architectural experience.\r\nProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and communicate effectively with senior decisionmakers.\r\nExperience integrating complex systems in USAF, DoW, or C4ISR enterprise-level environments.\r\nStrong understanding of systems architecture, requirements engineering, and technical risk management.\r\nAbility to plan and participate in scrums, TEMs, IPTs, and other technical meetings.\r\nRequirement: Security clearance must currently be Top Secret/SCI.\r\nUS citizenship required.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience outside the DCGS community with enterprise integration.\r\nExperience supporting engineering studies, prototype demonstrations, or operational test events.\r\nFamiliarity with configuration management processes and enterprise-scale integration workflows.\r\nExperience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.\r\nExperience with AF DCGS, ISR systems, or multi-INT data integration.\r\nClearance & Citizenship Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and be a U.S. citizen.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
