Our mission statement is simple \"Customers are our future... take care of them.\"\n\nIf you are looking for a fast-paced, challenging career with a family-oriented company, Williams Form Engineering is looking for dedicated and driven candidates to fill a 2nd shift Machine Operator opening at our Comstock Park, MI manufacturing facility.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSet up and operate some or all of the following: CNC, cutoff, press, saw, screw, tesker, and thread rolling machines\nUnderstand the process of all electronic transactions and necessary paperwork\nFill out and understand daily production logs\nOperate forklift and crane as necessary - additional training required\nAssist with cycle counts as necessary\nClean and maintain work are as instructed\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training\nBasic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required\nManual dexterity required for assembling and operating machines\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted required\nAble to stand, walk, bend and twist for at least seven hours per day\nUS Citizen or Green Card holder\nWorking conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment, including mechanical noise and fluctuating temperatures. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product. Machinery operations require the use of safety equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats.
