We invite you to join a resort culture that practices hospitality as a craft, guided by clear standards, thoughtful collaboration and genuine human connection to ensure every guest experience feels personal and true to place.Position SummaryThe Spa Attendant supports the delivery of a seamless, high-quality guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment. This role ensures all spaces are consistently prepared and guest-ready while supporting the team in delivering efficient, thoughtful service.Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and outdoor areas Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure they are ready, on time, and aligned with service standards Restock linens, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day to support uninterrupted service Support service providers with timely room turnovers and supply needs Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and assist with basic needs such as directions, water, and amenities Monitor spa spaces to ensure a calm, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Manage laundry processes, including washing, folding, and organizing linens Communicate inventory needs to leadership to maintain appropriate stock levels Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standardsRequirementsQualifications Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or housekeeping preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Professional presentation and demeanor Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysThe OFFER:In return, you are rewarded with a hiring bonus, competitive compensation package including commissionable earnings, Health Benefit options, PTO, matching 401K, great travel benefits.
