Make hiring recommendations.\nDevelop and implement process, efficiency, and continuous safety improvements.\nResponsible for prioritizing and establishing Work Center assignments, employee training, overtime assignments, and back-up for absent employees.\nMaintain all shop programs including Safety, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, FOD, Clean as you go programs.\nQualifications:\n5-8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.\nLeadership experience with dynamic team environments.\nPassion.
