This role sits at the intersection of financial infrastructure, product innovation, and customer experience.You will design and implement front-end systems that guide customers through credit applications, account management, and servicing workflows. Your work will directly impact conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and product adoption as we scale our lending platform.This role requires strong technical execution, design sensibility, and a bias toward shipping incremental value in a regulated environment.What Success Looks Like In The First 90 DaysShip production features that improve conversion, usability, or customer experience across lending flowsBuild familiarity with Imprint's front-end architecture, component systems, and design patternsContribute to system reliability through testing, performance monitoring, or incident responseCollaborate effectively with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into polished user experiencesDeliver clear, maintainable code that other engineers can build onResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain front-end features and components while implementing customer-facing flows for our Account Servicing functions. These functions directly impact end users experience.
