You will compile, organize, and analyze operational data to help leadership and the team understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Working closely with the leadership team, you will support the reporting infrastructure and provide ongoing data support as the program grows. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast paced, growing operation.\nLocation: Hybrid | USA | Full-time | Preference for Dallas, TX, New York, NY and Washington, DC\nResponsibilities:\nData Collection & Reporting\nPull, compile, and organize operational data from CRM systems, dialer platforms, and other contact center tools on a regular cadence\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that track key outbound program metrics including contact rates, conversion, call volume, and advocate productivity\nDeliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the leadership team\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and tracking tools\nPerformance Analysis & Insights\nAnalyze team and individual advocate performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity\nSupport the leadership team with data requests, ad hoc analyses, and performance deep dives\nHelp translate data findings into clear, easy-to-understand summaries for leadership and non-technical stakeholders\nFlag data anomalies or performance concerns to leadership in a timely manner\nReporting Infrastructure & Process Support\nAssist in building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure and data tracking processes for the outbound program\nDevelop and maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting templates that support program operations\nIdentify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes and recommend improvements\nDocument data definitions, reporting processes, and data sources to ensure consistency and continuity\nCollaboration & Program Support\nWork closely with the leadership team to align reporting with program goals and performance standards\nRespond to data requests from cross-functional partners in a timely and accurate manner\nSupport special projects and initiatives requiring data analysis or reporting as assigned\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred;
