Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards.  Interacts with other departments to achieve company’s core strategies. Responsible for aligning printed material received from the press room and prepare for cutting.  \n\nWhy work at MCC:  \n\nCompensation: $19.67-$20.00 hourly + 8% shift premium\nShift: 10p-6a Mon-Fri\nGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) \nPaid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays \n\nResponsibilities:   \n\n\"Jogs\" the loads according to customer specifications.\nInspects printed product and notes defects. \nOperate a pallet jack \nCalibrate scale on jogging equipment \nCompletes required documentation in an accurate and prompt manner. \nComplies with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP, BRC and HAACP) as applicable. \nInteracts and behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics. \nResponsible for maintaining daily housekeeping efforts \nSupports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S \nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. \n\nQualifications: \n\nHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent \nThe minimal language skills are ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one. \nThe minimal math ability is addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages. \nMust be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions. \nMust have basic computer and business operating systems knowledge. \nMust be able to deal with problems involving a few variables. \nMust be certified Pallet Jack operator. \nThe physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.  \nThis position requires frequent walking.  \nOccasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. \nMust be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. \nSpecific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\n\n \nFor over a century, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has crafted premium labels for the world’s most iconic and recognizable brands.
