Capable of solving printing problems, making adjustments to mechanical operation of press to keep quality, registration, color, and production speed at optimum. Completes production records (ink color, print order, mesh selection). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and must be able to stand for entire shift. Must have attention to detail and strong desire to grow and learn master level print skills.\r\nComputer skills required.\r\nMust be reliable, with a good work ethic.\r\nOnly apply if you have a good attendance record.\r\nMust be able to pass a background check\r\nMust be a TEAM Player\r\nHours are Mon-Fri. Day shift. Some overtime available.\r\nGreat Benefits\r\nCompensation: Starting rate of pay based on experience.\r\nJob Type: Full-time\r\nExperience:\r\nScreen Printing: 1 year (Required)\r\nEssential Duties\r\nGraphics or Artwork and a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and or Corel Draw\r\nIdentify and select appropriate options for printing, imaging, engraving, primers, overcoats, substrates, and special printing processes.\r\nOperate digital, screen, sublimation and heat press.
